FAQ

Oh no. Please send me a detailed report at mail@onban.app and I'll do my best to fix it pronto. The more details, the faster the fix. Screenshots are chef's kiss.

Let me hear it! Please send your idea to mail@onban.app. I genuinely love hearing what people want, and your idea might just make it into the next update.

Yes. Onban follows the system text size of your Apple Watch, so making text larger also enlarges Onban’s interface.

Quickest way: press the side button to open Control Center, tap the text size button, then turn the Digital Crown.

Audio output selection is controlled by watchOS and can’t be changed inside the app.

Quickest way: press the side button to open Control Center, tap the AirPlay button, then pick your output (Apple Watch speaker, AirPods, Bluetooth headphones, or your iPhone). You can also tap the More Actions button in the Now Playing app.

This behavior is controlled by watchOS itself.

Apple Watch automatically decides whether apps use the paired iPhone connection, Wi-Fi, or cellular depending on signal quality, availability, battery optimizations, and system conditions.

At the moment, Apple does not provide developers with reliable APIs to manually force or lock a specific connection type for streaming apps. Because of this, the app cannot currently offer a “Wi-Fi only” or “Cellular only” mode.
